Did anyone book w/Dreams unlimited?

I got a great quote from them, but I'm new to all of this and I'm a little leary. Has anyone booked through them? Any opinions are welcome.

I have used DU for several trips and they have saved me both time and money! It is so nice to hand the details to someone else so I can get the packing etc. taken care of on my end. I highly recommend Marla Hellwig!! She did a great job for us last December.

I just got a quote from them that was the same price as booking thru WDW online??? They might give you great service but didn't get anything better is price?

well if there isn't any discounts for the time you are traveling at the time of booking, they will continue to watch for discounts while your reservation is active. Just let them know if you are an AAA member, Florida resident, willing to purchase AP's or have a Disney Visa card.

This is the 2nd year we have used DU and last year we got a great discount, but afterwards found out our agent did not apply the right code to get us the Disney Visa discount so we did not get the perks. But having them did the dining reservations was a plus. We tried again with a different agent and he with the new codes he saved us close to $600. He even got us the CRT breakfast for when we wanted. So far so good.

I would def recommend Merrie from Dreams Unlimited, she has organised our Disney Cruise and 2 room only reservations for the Poly and AKL at AAA rate for our forthcoming holiday. She is really quick to reply and friendly to deal with. I have confidence that she will apply any codes that come out (if any do!) should we be eligible.

I like them and have used them twice. Both times they have found me discounts and given me some good buying and scheduling tips. If you are an extremely knowlegble about Disney pricing and offers you might not need the help, but I am pretty up to date on Disney stuff and they have still been a big help to me. Good people.

Will DU compare pricing for you? Let's say you booked BRP through them but then a code with free dining comes out? Will they advise you if it works out to your advantage?

When the new fall discounts came out the other day they applied them to my reservation and saved me $500 without my asking. They really do pay attention.
