Did anyone book the BWI waterview with the AP rate for sept.?

I got $270 plus tax for Oct 13 to 17 with the e-mail rate. The e-mail rates seem to be the same as the September AP's. From what I've read, they did not increase the e-mail rates for regular season in October, they are the same throughout the period (Aug 28 to Dec 19).

It does appear we may not do any better than the $90 off rack rate discount. This seems to be the going discount.
