I was reading old threads this morning and I see at least one person accused me of posting under a different name - nope! I've been in Rome for 2 months and .....drum roll....I'm back. Anyone want to take bets on how long it takes me to offend someone in a breastfeeding debate or pick a fight with a republican? I'm a little jetlagged, but ya never know!!!

I went to Italy 10 years ago, please tell something about Rome. When I was there everyone had cell phones. Think about it, people around here were just getting those big, boxey car phones then. (Doesn't it seem like we had our cell phones for ever). And the fashion-girls were wearing those big black healed shoes. (I laughed because I wore those in the middle 70's.)

I just feel Rome is so ahead of the fashion world-except for their electrical source.
