Did any other cities have protest today?

There was a huge protest in Chicago about the border bill. The protest was unbelievably huge. I was driving to work and saw a bride full a people crossing the Dan Ryan. I don't know how many people had already crossed the bridge or how many weren't even on the bridge yet! It really screwed up traffic! I was just wondering if this was a protest everywhere or just Chicago.

OK, I guess I'm a little confused. What border bill??? The one I read about was about the Texas-Mexico border. If that is the one, then why are people in Chicago protesting it?

There were thousands of illegal immigrants marching in the streets. Our lacadasical (SP?) government is so vote hungry that they won't do a thing about this. All illegals should have been rounded up and deported. The Republicans and Democrats are too PC to do a darn thing. We're too worried about one foreign company turning over port management to another foreign company when thousands of illegals are pouring over every night. It's a real shame.

Take the troops out of Iraq and put them on the border where they are really needed.

Chicago has a HUGE illegal immigrant population.

The fact that illegals are portesting for rights under the law is an oxymoron.
