We had a lot of rain and lightning.....(north of Boston) last
night. It's so humid today though!!!! Dehumidifier going full blast...........

Shortly after my posting we lost power for a while & we have ANOTHER storm rolling in, sounds like it might be a bit south towards Dunstable! I guess we're missing the brunt of this one too!!

We had another set of storms roll through here this afternoon. Pretty nasty again. My dad had a ditch in his driveway where the dirt had washed away the beginning of July; it's a whole lot bigger now. Yesterday morning it was about a foot deep and it fit right between the tires of my Explorer. Now it's probably a foot deeper and I can't straddle it in my truck anymore. That's how bad the rain was.

We got another round of thunderstorms late this afternoon, too, but not as bad as last night. The only problem was we lost power for a couple hours ( good part was I didn't have to cook dinner- we got to eat out )

Middlesex county just got hit about 3 hrs ago and there was a clap of thunder and a bolt of lightning so bad that I thought it hit my house. I heard fire and police and it hit the house right around the corner.

Kteacher I assume your name refers to your profession. When are you going back. We have to go back BEFORE Labor day! How depressing.

I was camping in that storm! Started about 230pm Fri afternoon and went through till Sun morn. We played Phase 10, saw The Village and colored fuzzy posters.
Thank God the sun came back out Sun morn! We were very glad we were in a cabin
