Am looking at online stores to order diapers to be sent to our hotel but am having trouble deciding which ones to get. Here in Australia baby girl is currently in BabyLove branded nappies 'diapers' but I have realised they don't sell in USA. Have tried her in Huggies before, they are great height wise but they are not wide enough for her, she's a big loveable girl!

I have worked out when we go she will be in size5 diapers. And I normally buy in bulk 100+ in a box. Am currently looking on diapers.com and there are so many brands!

Could you please give me some good recommendations???

Target Brand (Up and Up) worked great for us and were so much cheaper than name brands. When we used name brands it was pampers. They just worked the best for DD. She's was long and lean and would leak. My niece who is big all around does well in huggies.

I love the LUVS diapers! They've always worked well for my kids, and they're the only brand that the kids would wake up without having leaked through. Where we live, they're also cheaper than Pampers or Huggies.

My chubbier babies wore Huggies and my skinny baby wore Pampers.

Another lover of LUVS! They fit all my boys, who were all different sizes.

I use Pampers Baby Dry in size 5 for DD currently they seem to fit very well and are very absorbent

I like pampers cruisers for my boys. Hate huggies and no longer like luvs since they changed those.

Huggies have a lower rise and tend to run smaller than the poundage stated.Kirkland diapers are made by Kimberly Clark who makes Huggies

Pampers have a higher rise....and run a little bigger in the same size

Luvs are made by the same people (P&G) that make pampers and are cut the same, but are cheaper. I think they have different perfume in them than pampers....not as strong.

I used Luv on DS (higher in the front) and Huggies on my very petite DD....sounds like your lovable one may need the higher rise.

For my baby we use pampers. They are a bit softer. For my 3 year old (gah I cannot believe he is 3 already!) we use LUVS. They are a great diaper, not too expensive and not prone to leaking like some of the others. We also use Kirkland Diapers and Wipes. They are great.

I used Pampers on my boys who were chunkier and Huggies on my daughter as she was petite. HTH :)

agree the target brand are the best of the cheap diapers. we have used them for a for the past couple of years.

We use cloth diapers with our youngest but when we're on vacation we use Huggies Pure and Natural. We haven't had any leaks and they don't smell. They're so soft too. I know you said that Huggies are usually not wide enough for your daughter, so this post probably isn't that helpful . Just thought I'd share!

Thank you for all the suggestions! :)
I am wondering if the huggies sizes are made differently here...hmm maybe.

Anyway I have narrowed my choice down to three:
- Pampers Baby Dry, 172 diapers for $49.99
- Fisher Price Day & Night, 120 diapers at $39.99
- Luvs Ultra Leakguards, 150 diapers at $34.99

These I found on diapers.com do the prices sound right though? I am used to buying a 108 box for around $25ish

We cloth diaper, so I dont have any personal experience, but I have more than a few times heard about how good the Up and Up brand diapers are for a fraction of the cost of name brand diapers!

Your prices sound right for diapers.com. I absolutely would not use the fisher price. Those were some kind of terrible. From what you have chosen I would use the pampers, although I still recommend the cruisers over the baby dry.
