diaper changing pads in DW restrooms

Are there diaper changing pad sheets in all the bathrooms (the kind you pull out and lay on the changing table)? I used my Overland Donner around town today and there wasn't room in it for my diaper changing pad. Just don't know what to do at the Disney parks (in regular bathrooms; don't want to have to go to baby centers everytime).

I haven't been at WDW since last Spring (going again in Dec 07). However, I don't remember changing pads in the regular restrooms. Most of the time, I think the changing area was a large counter. In the baby centers they had paper on the changing areas.

If you don't have room for your regular changing pad, maybe you could find some disposable ones for your trip. I got these: http://www.netkidswear.com/dismulchanpa.html at Meijer (local supermarket/super-center, but they probably have them elsewhere, too.) They are paper on one side and plastic on the other. If you get them dirty you can throw them away. Otherwise, just fold it back up and it's no bigger than a large napkin.

Good luck!

They have paper there. I can't remember if it's the paper pads or just paper towel rolls. With a little child, I was definitely glad that I had my own changing pad. Now that DS is 2, he can get changed standing up, so I'll probably make do with what they have. The disposable ones are great - they have them at BabiesRUs, too.

They just have paper towels at the diaper changing areas in the regular restrooms. I bought some disposable changing pads for our trip. When changing the baby, I ripped off a couple of paper towels to put under DS's head and put the disposable changing pad under the rest of his body. It worked great and I liked being able to throw everything away. I do have a vinyl changing pad that came with my diaper bag, but it kind of grosses me out to put it on a public changing table and then put it back in my bag when I'm done. I only use the disposable ones now.

I did this once to save space in my bag. I got a small bed liner from Babies R Us (the kind you use in a crib to protect the sheets from an accident). I then cut it so it would be big enough for my baby, folded it up and stuck it in a ziploc, pushing out the air. It was vinyl on one side and cloth on the other.

As for the situation at WDW, I dont remember seeing liners in the regular bathrooms (and in places where they do have them, they are usually out of them). I do know that the baby centers are really nice, and have several padded changing tables with paper on them. However, since there is only one center in each park, it can be a hike every time you need to change your baby.

I got frustrated that the store bought changing pads really aren't long enough for an older baby to completely lie on it, so I got one of those cheap table clothes that are vinyl on one side and cloth on the other and cut it up to fit over the entire area. Folds up really small and fits in a zippie bag that I keep in my diaper bag.
