I love my Lily Jade Anna in Large. They make it in small too. I got the Nylon one and waited for a sale. Super pricey, but I had already thrown away money on a Skip Hop one that retails for $100 (though I paid less) when it fell apart after less than a year. This thing is built to last.

I know this is old, but the halova (and similar) backpack diaper bags on amazon are terrific and only cost around $30 depending on color/exact brand.
