Diamond Celebration Truffles

Where are the Diamond Celebration Truffle collection sets sold at? I've heard there's a set at Steakhouse 55. Do I have to eat at the restaurant in order to buy them or can i just go and buy the set?

According to this Parks Blog post, they're available at Carthay Circle, Blue Bayou and Steakhouse 55. The post also indicates you do not have to dine at the restaurant to purchase them.

I've had the set from the Blue Bayou and they were so good! The box was really pretty too, I kept that .
