Diagon Alley Hours question

We will be at Universal Orlando next Thursday. I have been checking the wait times every day on my phone so I know what to expect. I noticed that when the park opened at 8, the Gringotts ride would say "closed" on the wait time app until 9. Does Diagon Alley not open until 9?

Diagon opens at park opening.

Damo is right, everything is to be open at park opening. You either have,
a) A lag with the app data.
b) A glitch with the app that can not recognize changes in opening times.
c) Your app is in a different time zone (just throwing out ideas here).
d) That one ride itself was not ready at the open and had to work out some technical issues before running.
