I wonder if they'll do softs during July 4th week, which would be very interesting. And didn't the Packages they sold start on the 29th of June? Sounds like there might be a chance of guests getting in for softs that last week and the 1st week of July (hopefully!).

My guess ( and this is only a guess) is it is quite possible since they sold the HP diagon alley pkgs..Now I know they never promised the packages that the rides would be up and functional, but i think if softs are happening they will happen around then

Yes they do start the pkgs then..but as I was told on another forum, unviersal never promised that Diagon alley would be open..So if they are doing softs, it makes sense that the pkg holders would get to partake, but no one knows at this point.
