Hi I have been steriod-induced diabetic since october. I was on insulin and then put on a pill but now i'm off everything. My blood sugars are running from middle 90's to low 100's. My endocrinlologist thinks i may no longer be diabetic. I have made the conscious decision to continue to eat as if i'm still diabetic.
How can i get disney restaurants to prepare low carb and/or sugar-free food foor me? I read in some other threads that there are some sugar-free desserts around, could someone tell me where? Becoming diabetic made me lose 100 lbs - so really it was a blessing in disguise as i was probably well on my way there. Thanks for all your help. Julie

You will need to pick and choose your food. There is plenty to eat that is appropriate. AS to sugar free dessert, there are a few but all are made with nutrasweet. Yuck, unfortunately I am allergic to that.
