DI&S C2 Parlor Family Suites questions

We have this suite booked for our upcoming August 2015 trip (4 adults, 3 kids). I've never stayed there and I have a couple questions:
1). Their website floor plan shows the sofa sleeper in a third room, but the actual photos I've seen of this suite show the sofa sleeper in the same space as two of the queens. Can anyone confirm: is it three rooms or two? (Hoping for three.....our kids do better at night if we can spread them out and spreading out into the second "master" area is most likely not a possibility).
2). Having not stayed there, I don't know the layout of the hotel. Are there rooms in this category that I can request that would have a good fireworks view? Rooms that I should request that are more quiet? Rooms I should stay away from because they're too noisy (ie: right across from the breakfast room?).
Anything else I should know? Any tips would be great! Thanks so much!

Yes, there is a wall. It is a very SMALL room and it has the door to the exterior. When the sofa sleeper is folded out, it takes up most of the room.

There really are no views of the fireworks as the rooms open to the south and the fireworks are to the north. There is a small window by the bathroom, but watching the fireworks from there for a family of 7 would be difficult. Better to walk outside and see them from the sidewalk.

ETA - The small room, when you close the door to it, there is no AC in the room. The AC unit is in the main room so that room can heat up quickly.

The PP is correct. We have stayed in a C2 for years. There are some that seem bigger though. We always request the suite on the 5 floor, near the lobby and stairwell. It is in the corner and has some extra square footage. Remember that the front elevator only goes up to the third floor. You need to climb two flights or walk to the center of the building for the main elevator. My family always takes the full stairs, but I take the elevator. The stairwell have short treads so I never have trouble at a long day. It is easier than walking and waiting for the main elevators that tend to be slow.

We tried the executive suite the last time, but everyone agreed we would go back to the C2. The extra bed was nice, but my kids enjoyed the extra TV and dividing wall with the sofa bed. Our sleep talker gets that room!

We like the C2 because there are doors between each room. We have a snorer who gets even louder when he is tired. As you can imagine after a long day at the park he really gets cranked up. There are only 4 of us but the suite allows my 24 year old son to take the smaller room so he has space to himself, DH gets his own room to snore to his hearts content and my daughter and I bunk together and end up with plenty of extra room to relax ourselves as well as go to sleep earlier. We really enjoy the extra space and it's pretty much the best way every one can get a good night's sleep. Additional bonuses, of course, are the extra tvs and 2 bathrooms.

You can get a small view in some rooms of the fireworks if you only need to catch a glimpse. They do actually have a small area on the roof for guests to view the fireworks. Nothing fancy and only a limited number of chairs but you definitely can get a better view.

We've watched the fireworks from the roof before. It was a good view, just no music like in the parks.

We stayed in one of these over the half marathon weekend last year. It was great having 2 completely separate bedrooms and 2 individual bathrooms too. We also used the little sitting room quite a lot. It's only small though and yes once the sofa bed was pulled out it would be pretty cramped! I'm not sure if all the suites are the same, but the layout in ours was that we all entered through the small sitting room, then there was a door into the first bedroom, and we had to go through the first bedroom to get to the second bedroom (we thought there was going to be a door from the sitting area).

We did have a view of the fireworks from the small windows by the bathrooms, but it wasn't comfortable to stand there and watch them, even with just 2 of us. I would suggest watching them from the rooftop terrace. It was closed for renovations when we were there (bit of a sore point), so I'm not sure what it's actually like, but would definitely be better than trying to watch from the room.

We found the sound-proofing quite good. Our room was just next to one of the stairwells, and we didn't really notice much noise. We didn't notice ANY noise from adjoining rooms (either side, above or below). It was a pretty good place to stay really
