DHS Plan - Advice Please

Plan to do DHS on 8/2 (Weds). We will have park hoppers. Planning to arrive early, ~45 min or so before park opening (9:00). Party includes me, DH, DD (14), DD (11) and DS (6 - who is 44"). We are hoping DS will want to ride ToT. We have watched videos but who knows if he will be too afraid or not. This will be his first Disney trip, the third for the rest of us. At this point he likely will not want to do Jedi. He is not one to get up in front of others in new situations. So we will probably skip that and focus on Launch Bay later.

So here is my sketchy plan:

Rope Drop to RnR for DD's and I, Toy Story for DH and DS (or I may have DH get SDFP on a second set of MB and have them wait)
ToT w/FP+ or does standby make more sense?
First Order March
Toy Story w/FP+
Star Tours w/ FP+
Muppets
11:45 @ Sci-Fi
Great Movie Ride w/FP+

Break until 5:00ish. Eat dinner at WBC
Indiana Jones Show?
Star Wars Launch Bay (characters, etc)
One Man's Dream - DD(14) will want to see Guardians characters
Star Wars Fireworks Show

I am not sure how all this shakes out. I can totally see DS wanting to ride Toy Story and Star Tours each 2x. I think if I use SDFP I can probably get a second FP+ for Star Tours on my extra bands, but probably the only way he will be able to ride Toy Story 2x is if he and DH rope drop to it and then we split up. I am open to suggestions on how to reorganize the day. Advice on how to best take advantage of SDFP at DHS?

I don't think you'll need TOT FP+ that early. I would agree, if you want to do Toy Story 2x, you should rope drop!

I would rope drop toy story mania. The. Head over to rock and roller coaster the. Tower of terror. If you're there right at top drop it's very do able. Then use your fast passes for tsm again star tours and a third option. Or if you're nervous can fast pass tower between 9:45 and 10:45. Have fun!

I would do the opposite and do RNR and then TSMM as TSMM has a 3 track and the line is ok, I was there last week and was able to get a FP for 3 people at 12 for about 5 pm.
