I thought I saw that the DHS parking lot has a lot of construction. Is this true? Any need to knows before our EMH this weekend?

Yes.

No. Both entrances are open during the day; I assume that will also be true for EMH. Just follow directions.

So with all the parking lot construction and new temporary stops for the buses, I am wondering where Uber/Lyft/Minnie vans drop offs are now?
