DHS FastPasses at 6am 8/29-8/31?

Does anyone know if FP+ will be available on 8/29-8/31 starting at 6am? Since the park will open for all guests at that time I'm hoping that means FP+ will be available too.

Touring Plans had a screenshot in their article about DHS Tier 1 FP changes earlier this week showing FPs available 6am+ (Currently bookable that far out via the paid Club Level FP program), so the answer appears to be yes.
