They have nothing for vegetarians but a salad? Why not a Hummus Sandwich like CHH.

The reason may be that FF is in a market with several other places so you can walk a couple feet for a different menu? Not sure though

Exactly. There are other choices nearby. So you do have options. Plus, the fact that they even have a vegetarian option is pretty good!
