DHS Dinner Reservation on Fantasmic Night

I did a search...but didn't find the answer to my specific question...I'm sure it's there somewhere.

I want to eat dinner at Mama Melrose on a Fantasmic/EMH night, but I DON'T want to do the Fantasmic dinner package.

I went to book at my 180+10 and there was nothing available past 6:45 p.m., is this because Mamam Melrose booked so fast, is it closed, or somehow related to the Fantasmic package?

There are no Fantasmic dinner packages after 5 PM so that wouldn't be the reason.

It's possible that even though it's an EMH night Mama Melrose might not be open much later than 7 or 8 in which case perhaps all the later times have already been taken.
