DHS Carrot cake cookie as wedding cake

I don't know if any of you have had the pleasure of eating the carrot cake cookie (more like a whoopie pie) from the Writers Stop @ DHS, but if you have you must know how delicious it is.

I was wondering if anyone knows if you could have this exact cake and icing made into a actual cake for your wedding or are you stuck with the flavors they give you at the tasting ?

What you would do is have your planner put in a request with the bakery, and they'll let you know if it's possible. My fear would be that what they come up with would just taste like regular carrot cake, which isn't quite the same thing. What you might do is have them re-create the actual cookies and serve them with the cake.
