DHS and Epcot FP priority

I'm wondering with the 3rd track at Toy Story if it has made enough of a difference that choosing between it and RnR has shifted? Or is the best plan to try still get Toy Story FP and head to RnR early? Or vice versa? Both are must dos with our group. This is for a busy day - Dec 18th with morning extra hours at both DHS and MK.

Similar quesiton for Epcot - is Soarin 3rd track taking up some of the standby wait? I'm debating between it or Test Track as we'd like to ride in the car together one time.

Still a good plan to FP TSM. RnRC is much less in demand due to intensity.

At Epcot, FP Soarin' but go to TT first at Rope Drop.

I'd rope drop to TSMM but still get a FP for it, just in case your party wants to do it twice.
