DH's Afternoon Golf Escape.................

This is probably a longshot, but I would love to hit the links for a round one of the afternoons we are down at Disney. This time we are letting the kids relax a bit in the afternoons. Unlike the first time we went and and expected the little darlings to last from park open till close everyday and be fresh as a daisy the whole time!
So, I have never tried to work something like this out, but there are a ton of golfcourses right around Disney. I would be showing up at the course, renting clubs (not bringing mine for 1 round), grabbing a couple o beers and getting out there!
I am sure there are other DH's that are thinking (but not suggesting to their DW's) the same thing. So a twosome or foursome would be great! If you don't ask, you don't hear YES. Or, it is better beg forgivness than ask permission! Sorry, I couldn't resist!

There are four wonderful golf courses right on Disney property. You can get twilight rates later in the afternoon. If you are staying in any Disney resort, they will provide a taxi to and from any of their golf courses, tip included. They have clubs for rent at all of the courses. If you can't arrange for a group, they will use you as a fill in to fill out foursomes.

Thanks, very nice to know all of that. I guess at the greens fees they normally charge, they want to get you there as easy as possible.
