Me too, bobbi. I saw a 100 pt AKV contract a few weeks ago for $62 a point, but it was stripped until 2013. Still I should have snapped it up. Its the dues that kill me, we're already paying on 400. I used to say 400 was my magic number, that has somehow creeped up to 500.

Thanks everyone, I'm slightly nervous now since we were suppose to see our contract by the end of the day last Thursday and we never saw it. I guess it's not going to go as smoothly as I had hoped!
