DFTW to host a live viewing of the Royal Wedding at the WP!

wow that does sound amazing. i nearly wished i was in Orlando so i could go (i actually live near London, UK!)

Wow that sounds great!!!
The wedding is actually the day before we leave to go to Manchester to get our flight to Florida and I have told my family that all will be packed and ready to go so that I can sit and watch the wedding all day. It will be a more convienient time for us here in UK as it will be in the afternoon!!!

petal4monkey - where in London do you live? I am originally from south of the river but now live in the Lake District (Cumbria)

i actually live in Kent, Ashford to be specific. Its now less than 40min train to get into London :D (and a 2hr train to Disneyland Paris ;) )
I have no idea what we are doing on the Royal Wedding day yet. Might dress us all up and have a bbq.

We had our planning session yesterday and they were doing a filming for ABC about the Royal Wedding. Laura, our florist, said it is supposed to be aired anytime between now and the Royal Wedding. So keep on the look out for it. It looked so beautiful when they were filming it. From the flowers to the decor and even down to the carriage, it all had Disney magic!

we will actually be there that week since its two days after our wedding...maybe I can convince somone to wake up and go with me! lol

of course i arrive in town on may 5th. i haven't taken a ton of interest in the royal wedding, but i would still love to see it... especially with good company in one of my favorite places!!

Seriously! It says you can wear your wedding gown! Sqqqqquueeeee!!!!!!!! :banana:I would totally wear it if I already had my wedding, just for the sake of wearing it again! :rotfl:

I just had an image of loads of brides grouped together to watch this :rotfl:

I know what I'll be doing for the royal wedding..... I'll be working! :sad1:

Of all ppl I find out about this from it's my DF who apparently keeps track of the Ever After blog ;D
As soon as he told me he said he wanted to go as it includes free breakfast and he's all about free food. Problem is that I have a final exam that morning at 7:00 :(
I guess I'll just have to leave early...BOO!!

Yep! I got mine and I called with a parking question. I wasn't sure if the MK parking lot was going to be open that late and they said yes, they would be all ready for us.
My friend was supposed to go but had to drop, I will be going by myself too.

Thanks! I got mine too, finally. I hope we don't have to pay for parking? We'd all be leaving before the park opens anyway. (I would stay and play, but I'm going to be soooo tired!)

I am so excited for this! I wonder what kind of breakfast they are giving us? I just watched that movie William & Kate on Lifetime, it was pretty good! And I just bought a book about them ("William & Kate: A Royal Love Story" by Christopher Andersen). I am such a sucker for romance. :lovestruc
