Last season was creepily and shocking but in the best way that you couldn't look away and at times couldn't breath. It was a great season and John Lithgow WOW if he coulda won an Oscar he shoulda he did a great job (I know television shows don't get Oscars).

This season is warming up for me, I am starting to wonder do you think Lumen will become a confidante, a girlfriend, an eventual Dexter victim, just a friend or fade away? That I am curious of.

I could see Lumen going the way of Miguel Prado.

I think Luman will kidnap Debra and Quinn and the nanny and Harrison,end up killing Quinn and the nanny before Dexter can save them. Dexter will have to kill Luman to save his family.

Although Dexter has a problem killing anyone that's "good" and Lumen is good right now, thought obviously suffering from some PTSD, something is going to have to go very wrong with her to do it.

Was that one scene in the warehouse (with the guy wrapped up in plastic wrap and the other one belted to the pole) not the funniest thing ever. Matsuka (or however it is spelled) is one of my fave characters.

I thought I would bust a gut laughing watching him pantomime his "theory" with that flashlight! OMG!! The look on Deb's face was priceless too!

I loved this episode and can't wait to find out who is next on Dex and Lumen's hit list. Love this show!

I was just telling my dh how disappointed I have been so far.. I know they have to wrap up last season but having him act so sloppy isn't Dexter.. I do hope it picks up.

Tonight's episode was pretty solid. Couple observations and comments so far:

1) Quinn's acting is atrocious this season
2) Laguerta needs to get slapped hard
3) Take It!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to slap Laguerta last night. I knew that was going to happen with the confidant. But what happened to the other street cop (the undercover one in the gold dress)> I couldn't tell what happened to her. Did she get shot in the crossfire? I hope not.

I'm pretty sure the undercover cop was okay. They didn't mention a cop getting shot. All in all the show is really picking up now.

I know the actor who plays Dexter was undergoing cancer treatment but was not sure if it was while they were filming. Does his hair look kinda like a wig or hairpiece to you?

Yes it's definitely a wig. The undercover cop should be okay but she did get punched in the face HARD by Fuentes. I mean he decked her good so she's probably in the hospital with a broken jaw.

Also I wish Bautista would grow some balls and stand up to LaGuerta. I'm getting a little tired of him tip toeing around her.

Yea, but even from the first season on, I thought it was a wig. But, wasnt there a scene this year where Dex was swimming in a pool? It appeared that that was his own hair there.

Me too. I love Batista's character but I do NOT like how LaGuerta is treating him. It was much better before they were married.

I have not watched last nights episode yet.
The Sunday before yesterday was the best so far.
But I like Dexter no matter what. Although it would be hard top last season.

Its a wig, Michael C. Hall's hair has grown back, just not like how it was before treatment.

Anywho, Sunday nights episode was also quite epic. Next week looks like it will be just as good.

1 - that implies that his acting was ever good.

I watched part of Sunday's episode and it seems like it's getting better. I'm dying (no pun intended) to see what happens to Lumen.
