Dexter on DVD

Any Dexter fans out there? I just finished watching season 1 on Netflix and LOVED IT! I'm wondering if those of you who watch it think it's worth buying the first four seasons on DVD? Thanks!

I would not buy, rent yes, buy no. However, I never buy tv shows are rarely buy movies.

Like you, we watched the first season on DVD and were hooked. We rented the rest and then 2 seasons ago broke down and purchased Showtime just to have Dexter

I have been avoiding any discussion! Sometimes I like to ruin surprises, but not this time!

We really enjoy Dexter here so I'd totally Netflix it, but to buy it I can't say. I'm not big on re-watching anything but a small group of stories like Lord of the Rings, Jaws, Elf... we never buy TV stuff but if you are the type to watch stuff over & over (I have a DF addicted to Will & Grace) then go for it! Dexter will not disappoint, as long as you have the stomach for it.

I bought seasons 3 and 4 because, at the time, I only had Blockbuster. It would have cost me $15 to rent ($5 per box). Target had it on sale for $17 so I just bought it so I could watch at my own pace.

If you can rent it cheaper, then do so. Unless you like to watch stuff over and over again.

You can get the rest in the mail from Netflix (that's what we did) or maybe even your library. Ours had it. But I agree.. DON'T read any spoilers.. especially for the season endings..

We buy them.
We don't get Showtime or Netflix and thing it is a very good series.
We watch them pretty fast once they come out.

I LOVE Dexter but wouldn't buy them. I just streamed them through Netflix.
