Developer Points Transfer?

Help! I can't find the answer to this. Can developer points be transferred? Banked? Used for II or Concierge Collection?

Help! I can't find the answer to this. Can developer points be transferred? Banked? Used for II or Concierge Collection?

We just bought so I actually know the answer to this. They cannot be transferred or banked. They can be used for whatever you want and you have one year from the date of getting them to use them.
