Developer Points:Only can book 11 mos out for Disneyland Resorts?

Just tried to book Grand Californian Resort using Developer Points for
next August...Member Services said couldn't book more than 11 mos out using Developer Points?????????

Anyone have similar experience?

According the member website, hotels of the Disneyland Resort in California can only be booked from 11 months to 2 days in advance.

This has nothing to do with developer points - it is just the regular booking rule.
