I made my first DVC reservation and it feels a little bit wierd not going to WDW - but we decided to use our 160 dev points at GC in DL. Only got us 4 nights but no problems with making ressie 7 months out. Booked 2 nights DTD view and 2 CA view. Already booked 2 frequent flyer tickets. Let the planning begin!

We are doing the same thing with our developer points. We have booked the CG in DL for our first DVC trip as well. I think it is a great way to use the points.

You will have a wonderful time. Here are some pics from our DTD view room this weekend. I'm sold on the DTD view of the fireworks with the music piped in from the TV. My DDs sat on the balcony after the marathon, loved it.
