DEV points and DME Tags

OK... I am mostly laughing because everything is worked out and my tags are being sent to me express however has anybody else whose booked Dev points have this problem:

I booked my DME 2-3 months ago and realized the other that we've not yet received our tags for our trip in a couple of weeks. I call today to ask if they'd been sent -- the woman I am speaking to says they left July 17th and she starts to read out an address -- I say "Umm.. that's not my address" and about the same time she pauses and starts to laugh -- they sent the tags back to DVC at the Dev Points address! lol One would think someone there would have noticed and told DME to resend to the correct home addie....

Anyways they are going to rush me some tags once again-- this time to my home address. I am glad I called them to check and with enough time to have tags sent express.

Those of you on Dev points that have trips coming up soon but you've not received your tags you may want to call Member Services to check where your tags are.

That happened to me as well. When I called, they discovered that they sent the tags to the developer and not me. The MS rep mentioned that they often "copy and paste" the address info from the reservation.

I called when I was about 3 weeks out and I received new tags within a week (regular mail).

We booked our trip on Developer Points back in Feb for our trip next week and our DME stuff arrived around 2 and half weeks ago!!!
