I knew from reading these boards about the sales pitch that usually accompanies the shipboard massage, so when I was told NUMEROUS times I needed to "detoxify" I was ready with my "no thank you." So now I'm curious, is there anyone out there who purchased the detoxification program from the cruise and did they see any results? Thanks!

I did the detox and lost several inches right then. Unfortuately, I found out I was allergic to the iodine in the product, after I purchased it. I was permitted to return it and am awaiting a refund.

Wow fareygodmother! That's awesome!

Would love details about the detox program: What does it entail? How often do you have to go? and the biggie, How much is it?

Thanks in advance!!

You do it once. It was 145.00. There is a several step process with herbal solutions and a loose mud. They smear it on you from under your breats to pubic area. They also put a layer under you. They hook electrodes to sveral area and which stimulate and contract your muscles. If you are familiar with estem it is similar to that. I guess the whole process is about an hour. They there is the after product to maintain the detox. It was $555.00 for a 36 day program and the body brush was 41.00 (which is made of cactus) and you use it to stimulate your skin prior to the treatment at home.

Hope this answers your questions. If not contact me.

The detox is great and it works excellant. I purchased the "after program" and followed it closely. Did not see any results.
