Does anyone here remember what the terms were for last year's "free dining for Visa cardholders" that was from late fall through Christmas? I see from mousesavers that the discount was offered in late September, but I was wondering if anyone remebered if there was a minimum stay?

The reason I am wondering is I am planning a split stay and trying to decide between 2 or 3 days at a moderate before the rest of our trip. If there is a chance that we might be able to get free dining applied later for a 3 night minimum, that would make me choose 3 days. But if there was no minimum then I think we will stick with 2 days. I know there is no guarantee this will be offered this year, or if it will be the same, but it will help me make the decision.

I want to decide soon to make sure I get the mod resort I want as well as booking airfare. (DH wants to do it sooner rather than later).

If the $200 was made with the visa its not a problem. If it wasnt youll need to put at least $200 on the card and they can refund the other card used if you want

There was also a small discount off of the room rate last year with the Disney Visa offer. And you do have to put either the deposit or an additional charge of $200 on the Visa. For one trip last fall, I used the VIsa for the deposit. For the other, I made the deposit with a different card but made a subsequent payment over $200 on the Visa. When I called after getting the offer that CM did not make me give another $200.00. It may depend on who you get.

Last September Disney Visa offered a free dining code for select dates in October, November and December, 9/28-10/11, 11/9-11/22 and 12/12-12/20 to be exact. It did not cover all of October, November and Decmeber, just those select dates. Those codes were not part of the regular Fall Dining promotion and there was no general public fd code offered for any of those dates. And as pp stated, it was the regular 3 night minimum and 14 day maximum.
