I can't think of much that's changed in this way in the last 3 years.
When was the big Space Mountain refurb? That was more than 3 years now right?
They've put interactive queues in some of the rides (HM, BTMRR, working on Peter Pan I don't think that one is done yet).
Test Track got a makeover.
Of course new Fantasyland is massive change in MK. If you're not aware of that one, look it up.
The different "Games" in MK, Sorcerer's of the Magic Kingdom and the Pirate's Adventure in Adventureland.
The Agent P stuff replacing Kim Possible in World Showcase.
They flipped the Entrance and Exit to Small World. Exciting I know.
When did Via Napoli open? The new Mexican restaurant on the water? There's a Tapas place on the water in Morocco that just opened.
DHS has the new Captain Jack Pirate experience thingy next to TSMM. That's only about 1.5 years old. That's it at DHS, the park with the most rumors but the least changes.
New daytime parade at MK just opened.
Camp MinnieMickey closed and they are moving FotLK at DAK, but it's not open just yet, sometime this summer. Big changes afoot at DAK but they are not open for 2 more years.
That's all I can think of outside of the hotels.
