Destined not to go!

I think our holiday is jinxed we go 4 weeks tomorrow but things keep happening to us to make us think we are not going to able to go. Just over 4 weeks ago my Dad was taken into hospital with severe pneumonia he was on a high dependency ward for 3 weeks and was moved onto another ward on saturday. Great we thought things are looking more positive for us and we actually started looking forward to it again. Then 11 o'clock saturday night we had a phone call from my mother in law to say my father in law had been rushed into hospital while they were on holiday in Paignton They operated on him sunday night for a torn esophagus at the start of the stomach. We got back from Paignton last night but had to leave my MIL down there i can't believe all this is happening to us

Think on the positive side; you ARE destined to go. Why? Although these are terrible things, and I hope everything turns out happily, they are happening now, giving plenty of time for recovery and enabling you to have a great holiday in a month's time.
