Can anyone give me their review of this travel agent? I have always planned my vacations on my own. I love the research and time needed to put in for the best outcome. I've read that this agent historically had lower prices for vacation packages due to in-house incentives. I'm just nervous to make the leap to an agent...any agent. So please share your good, bad or ugly stories about going with an agent or yourself. Stories about this specific agent are greatly appreciated.
