I'm looking for recommendations for an epcot crawl, I don't drink alcohol, but I figured this would be an interesting equivalent that the whole family could get involved in. so with 11 pavilions sporting unique fare, what would you suggest?

This is so fun to do! Here are my suggestions:

Norway- school bread, troll horn
Italy- gelato
Germany- caramel corn
Japan- kakigori (shaved ice)
Morocco- baklava
France- ice cream from L'Artisan des Glaces (my favorite is cinnamon with caramelized apple and crumble crunch!)

what about the other 5 pavilions?
I typically don't get dessert in the other pavilions, but here are some good ones:
Mexico- churros
China- caramel-ginger ice cream
USA- funnel cake
UK- sticky toffee pudding at Rose & Crown
Canada- maple lollipops

The fresh crepes with ice cream in France are pretty awesome. I also love the strudel with vanilla sauce from Sommerfest in Germany.

Really, though, almost anything from the bakeries in France and Norway is great. And you can't go wrong with something from the caramel store in Germany.

Gelato in Italy or snow cones in Japan...so many treats, so little time and belly space.

France: L'Artisan des Glaces - Croque Glace or Les Halles: any of the desserts!
Norway: Kringla - Cloudberry Horn, School Bread, Viking Chocolate Mousse
Germany: Karamel Kuche - Caramel Corn or Sommerfest: Apple Strudel
China: Joy of Tea or Lotus Blossom - Caramel Ginger ice Cream
American Pavilion - Fife & Drum: Root Beer Float
Refreshment Port (near Canada): Croissant Doughnut

If you have reservations at these Table Service restaurants our favorites include:
Via Napoli: Amarena Cherry and Gelato Sundae (Copa Di Brutti Ma Buoni)
Tutto Italia: Tiramisu
Rose & Crown Dining Room: Trifle, Sticky Toffee Pudding
Le Cellier: Chocolate Moose
Chefs de France: Profiteroles

I haven't had dessert in them all but these are the ones we always enjoy:

Mexico - churros with dips
Norway - school bread, pear and almond tart, cloudberry horn
Germany - absolutely anything from Karamel Kuche (too many to list)
France - beignet from Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie

172 days and counting until I can sample some more.

My DH and I tried this once, and we shared everything, but we couldn't do it! It was just too much food. Might I suggest going to Epcot two separate times and attempting half of the countries one day and the others the next?

I eat like a war crime, but this is definitely sage advice.
