Go to the back rail of the garden. No one will be standing in front of you.

No. There is a walkway between the plaza garden and a taped off viewing area. There are CM's keeping the walkway clear of guests and keeping them inside the taped area. We were right in front of the exit gate from the plaza garden and whenever someone stopped they were told they had to move because it was a fire hazard. The walkway had to remain open.
