Dessert Party!

What did you have at your dessert party (food, drinks)? Did you get the music piped in, we are going back and forth becasue it is a lot of money?
Ours will be at Sago Cay, does anyone have pictures you can post? I can't wait!

Hi Katiebugg14! I've been slowly compiling information about a DP at Sago Cay because we're thinking about having one, too. So this is what I've got, I'm sure others will be along with info as well!

Minimum food/bev. purchase of $500.
Setup fee of $75
From what I've seen, food can cost between $25-$35 per person.
Wishes music piped in is $500

We're budgeting $2000 for our DP (expecting around 45 people)

Also, from what I've read, people who've had the music piped in love it and think it adds to the experience, but people who didn't have the music piped in didn't miss it. I obviously don't know from experience, but I think it depends on if you have the budget for it. I think you'll enjoy your DP either way!

We had our DP at Sago Cay on 02/09/11 and it was amazing. We did not have the music piped in, there were times when you could hear it faintly but to be honest half our guest had never seen Wishes and they didn't even know there was suppose to be music. The staff at the GF for our event were amazing!! Let me dig through the pictures, we have a ton from that night and I will post some of the set up and firework views.
