Has anybody had Disney Photo do your Dessert party?
I want to do this, but I don't know how much it is.
If not Disney, then who? And how much was the package?

Thank You

Hiya,
We booked a dessert party for the evening of our wedding and we are using Randy Chapman as our photographer. He charged me an additional $250 for the hour and he's going away during the reception and then coming back for the start of the dessert party.

Can't wait!
xx

Sarah_n_brian2006, I used Disney to photograph my FTW Welcome Party (it was held outdoors at the Grand Floridian on the night before my vow renewal). I paid by the hour for the photographer (I think there was a minimum amount of time that I had to book) -- the charge was added to my FTW BEO. I also requested a CD of electronic images. This, too, was added to my BEO. I thought the charges were reasonable. I'm not sure what they currently are so I won't mention what I was charged since it may be different today, but definitely ask the FTW folks for the current pricing information.

If your Dessert Party is being held on the night of your event, and if Disney is photographing your wedding event, they might be able to break down your photography coverage to include the Dessert Party. I ~think~ that's how it works, but discuss it with the FTW folks. They'll be able to tell you exactly how it will be handled for you.

By the way, if you want to see a few of the photos from my FTW Welcome Party, click here. They should give you an idea as to Disney's work.

Disney just started doing a dessert party photography package. It's $350 for one hour and includes a disc of images but no prints.

I'm using my wedding photographer, Rootography, and they're only charging $200 for the same thing. :thumbsup2

Lurkyloo, that's great info to have. Is this even if the dessert party falls on the same night as the wedding / vow renewal? Also, are those high-res or low-res photos on the disk?
