We used Cards & Pockets for our invitation. We had a morning ceremony in Epcot, a brunch in ADH, a 5 hour break and then a DP in the UK. Here is the wording from the insert for our DP.

A Dessert Party will take place the evening of the wedding in Epcot United Kingdom Lochside.
Please meet at 7:45 pm outside the main entrance to Ecpot at the Guest Relations window. You will need to take a Disney transportation bus from your resort to Epcot. For those staying at The Boardwalk or The Yacht Club, meet at 8:15 pm at the International Gateway. Both groups will be escorted in by a host.
A park ticket is not need to attend this event when you enter with a host. You will need a park ticket if you want to explore the park earlier that day.
Additional information will be privided prior to the wedding.
Not sure when your wedding is but ours was in November and it was chilly that evening. I would suggest mentioning the party is outside. Some of our guests did not realize this and were chilly.
We had two different meeting times because it takes alot longer to walk from the front of Epcot to the UK then the International Gateway.
All our guests needed wristband for the DP because we were paying a viewing few for them. These were given out to all our guests at our reception.
