Dessert Party Decor

I am having an Illuminations Dessert Party at Lower UK & have not thought or done any decor, what do you suggest, what is allowed? Could I do lanterns or votives? Thanks!

I would do votives. Don't spend alot, people aren't going to notice. When is your dessert party?

We had ours at the Lower UK too and the only decor we ordered was the lighting for the tables (battery-powered lantern/votive things--they are very cute). It was the exact right about of decor and lighting!! I would highly recommend it.

we had our dessert party at uk lower after our reception, it was perfect on the water. we had tables set up & had votives in 2 blue fish holders on each table. heres a photo of them on the table (were cracking glow sticks),

we had the child in you menu with some changes like plain milk instead of tea & then added strawberries. i wouldnt go to crazy with decor, the fireworks are more than enough.

We are having our Dessert Party on June 8 at Lower UK. Our Floral Event Manager and EM said that we really didn't need to spend a lot on decor. Everyone is going to watch the fireworks and eat the great sugary desserts.

We are doing votives and the tables are covered and that's about it. I wouldn't go crazy unless you absolutely want to go over the top.
