Estimated how much does a dessert party cost? What is the person minimum?

We are having a desert party at Fantasmic. There is no minimum for the amount of people just for f&B which is $750. Venue rental is $200.00
For illuminations it varies from place to place and the amount of people you are having. I believe majority of them (correct me if I'm wrong) are around $275.00 for the venue & $18.00 per person for food.

We are having an Illuminations desert party. This is from our BEO (based on 20 guests...14 adults...5 kids...1 infant):

Viewing fee (12.50 person) 266.25

Outdoor Setup Fee 79.88
Bartender 106.50

Total: $1443.54

We chose not to have any food b/c there will be lots of food at the reception including too much sweets! I know our numbers will change...we really don't have that many kids and we have more adults...but overall I think it will be around $1500.

I haven't gotten my BEO yet but we are estimating that the DP is going to run approx $1500. Thats for 15 adults, 5 kids, and 1 infant. We are having the smallest package with the fondue add-on and a motorcoach. Drinks will be billed on consumption.
