dessert parties

I've been to Disney twice so far with the kids and never attended a dessert party. How many are there? In which parks? What are the typical hours? Worth it with 3 kids ages 7, 5 and 2? Thanks!!

there's Tomorrowland Dessert Party for Wishes at MK and Sparkling Dessert Party for Illuminations at Epcot. There used to be a Frozen Dessert Party at HS in 2014, but not sure that's still going on. We did the Tomorrowland Dessert Party and frankly the desserts weren't anything to write home about, but loved not being in the mass crowd for Wishes. We also did the Frozen Fun Dessert Party and loved it.
