Dessert Only?

Has anyone made an ADR just for dessert? DS and I would really like to go to 50's Prime Time just for the PBJ Milkshake and S'mores dessert. I know we would pay OOP but was thinking if we had lunch at Noon and skipped dessert that we could make hit 50's later in the afternoon. Not sure if it would be weird just to go in for dessert?

Sure, you're allowed to do this. As an alternative, you can sit at the bar in the Tune In Lounge and order anything off the Prime Time menu. Yes, kids can sit at the bar.

Is seating at the bar first come, first served? That is a great idea....there are just the two of us, as well, as my DS was not so keen on someone telling him to eat his veggies on vacation! Thanks for posting this - great idea!

Yes, and sometimes it can get crowded, but sometimes those that are sitting there are waiting for a table and leave within a few minutes.

If you go during "normal" dining hours, the turnover at the bar is fairly constant as people are waiting for tables. But if you go mid-afternoon, say, 3:30-4:00, the people at the bar may be "camped out" there with less turnover. But if you can't get a seat at the counter, there are also chairs and tables in the lounge where people wait to be called to be seated. You can probably snag one of those mid-afternoon with not much wait. They will serve you shakes and drinks there or you can walk up to the bar to order.
