Dessert in Norway

Does anyone know what the name of the dessert in Norway that looks like a doughnut. It is a big doughnut with creme in it with frosting on it.

I'm not sure, but I think that you are referring to Skool Bread.

It is a bread with creme filling and coconut on it. They are just great!

In fact, on my last trip (staying at the house) I went to Epcot one night just for a beer, Illuminations and to bring a Skool Bread home for breakfast the next day.

Can't wait for October 19th to come , Another FL visit, MNSSHP, and skool bread!
