We are doing a teacher appreciation luncheon on Friday and I need a dessert. We are having spagetti and meatballs with garlic bread or meatball sandwiches they also have salad (I am not in charge of the main meal only dessert this is what I was told they are having)
Now I am to come up with a dessert for the teachers. Help! LOL Last year I did a chocolate mousse with toffee that went great! I might make one bowl of that but I need something else! Thanks! Maybe a fruit salad? What kind of fruit salad do you and your family like?

We are doing the fruit bowls from Costco at our's - $11.99 for a big bowl all cleaned, cut up and pretty in a clear bowl! Has pineapple, mango, red grapes, strawberries, kiwi, cantelope & honeydew. I may add a creamcheese/marshmellow fluff dip if I get time!

I've also done pineapple flowers and topped with a strawberry on long sticks in vases for a grab and go thing - doubles as a centerpiece. But they are alot of work!
