Dessert Buffet (Tomorrowland Terrace) for December 2012

First time heading to WDW during the holidays, and I AM SO LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS!

Anyone have an idea on when the Dessert Buffet starts? I know it's about an hour before the Wishes show, so is it generally at around 8-9p?

I guess it's 9p since Wishes is listed to start at 10p.
