In case anyone ever wondered why they should bother making Palo's reservations, this picture says it all:
My husband ordered the panna cotta at Palo's, and enjoyed it so much that he used the accompanying sugar wafer as -- as he termed it -- a "Wife Wall". I managed to get a tiny taste, but his moveable wall did, in fact, prevent me from sharing what he believed was the best dessert he'd ever had.
Oh, and you can see the remains of his obliterated first dessert in the foreground -- the chocolate souffle.
