Despite Everything - I had a Great Pin Day

I was so sad that I could not attend the meet - it was a sad day for me and my family. It was nice to come home to a pile of LBE's.

I finally received my Holy Grail - Poolside Mickey - it came today. Sort of like Magic - maybe someone knew I needed to smile.

I also received in the deal a Surfer Mickey and Golfing Mickey. I have those to trade now, if anyone needs them.

And then the nicest thing of all happen. Christy, Jordan and Taylor - The Daisy Crazy girls sent me a wonderful gift. It is the Dizpins pin that I have wanted. They won it and the girls already had one and they wanted to share it with me.

Thank you guys for making my miseable day a little easier. That was so kind of you.

I have found such wonderful friends from the pin trading community.

Also, "for the record" it was one of Larry's new Dizneypins.com pins that we sent to Darlene.......Larry graciously bestowed them on both Jordan and Taylor back in mid-December, and then Jordan won another one in Larry's trivia contest (which btw, if you haven't played it yet, go check it out!!!). She wanted you to have it, since you've been such a great pin friend to her.....

Hope things start lookin' up for you soon, Darlene......of course coming home to a pile of LBE's is definitely a good start!
