My mom and my sister suck.
My mom just recently lost ten pounds, and my sister lost fifteen.
And they keep calling me fat.
I've seen terribly stressed out lately, because my grades aren't as good as they could be, I'm having social problems, and I recently lost about four friends. I'm packing on pounds like its my job, though I haven't hit 110 yet. All my friends tell me I look like I only weigh about 100, but I think I look like I weigh around 115. I only weigh about 107 right now, but I seriously wish I could drop about eight-nine pounds.
I just want to know what foods I should immediately stop eating. Some exercises I can do. I can't run, walk, swim, anything like that. My dad won't allow me to because there is a 'predator' down the street. I'm having some serious insecurity issues. I don't like changing for my gym class, cause I hate my legs. I don't like wearing short sleeve shirts, because they make my arms look huge.
I'm really hating on my parents right now.
Cookies, chips, candy canes, candy, popcorn, soda.
IT WONT STOP.
They won't stop buying all this crap, and it's so tempting!
I'm just going to flush out all those nasty chemicals that are inside me buy drinking more water. Maybe tea, every now and then.
What all should I drink?

What are some exercises that will help me gain muscle, that I can do at home?
