Desperately wanting to lose weight.

My mom and my sister suck.
My mom just recently lost ten pounds, and my sister lost fifteen.
And they keep calling me fat.

I've seen terribly stressed out lately, because my grades aren't as good as they could be, I'm having social problems, and I recently lost about four friends. I'm packing on pounds like its my job, though I haven't hit 110 yet. All my friends tell me I look like I only weigh about 100, but I think I look like I weigh around 115. I only weigh about 107 right now, but I seriously wish I could drop about eight-nine pounds.

I just want to know what foods I should immediately stop eating. Some exercises I can do. I can't run, walk, swim, anything like that. My dad won't allow me to because there is a 'predator' down the street. I'm having some serious insecurity issues. I don't like changing for my gym class, cause I hate my legs. I don't like wearing short sleeve shirts, because they make my arms look huge.

I'm really hating on my parents right now.

Cookies, chips, candy canes, candy, popcorn, soda.
IT WONT STOP.
They won't stop buying all this crap, and it's so tempting!

I'm just going to flush out all those nasty chemicals that are inside me buy drinking more water. Maybe tea, every now and then.


What all should I drink?
What all should I eat?
What are some exercises that will help me gain muscle, that I can do at home?
 
You're not even 110? How old are you?
 
Cass, from pictures I've seen of you are in no way shape or form fat.
But if you want to be healthier.
Just change your diet from junk to healthier food.
If you cant run outside, run up and down your stairs for a little while.
 

Well, when you get those horrible cravings for foods that are high in fat, distract yourself. Find a way to aviod them. I dont know, watch TV, study more, sing, do something whenever you feel hungry and shouldnt be.
 
For being 13, being under 100 would be very unhealthy, depending on your height.
You are not fat at all, being 107, many girls (incl. me!) would kill to be that weight; girls practically kill themselves by starving to be that weight.

I say tell your mom and sister to blank off. You don't need that; there's enough pressure whenever we open up a magazine or go shopping.
I weight 45 lbs more than you, at least!
 

Im not trying to be rude or anything, but 110 is nothing. You should be more concerned with school and trying to live a happy life. Am I against being healthy, hell no. All Im saying is that unless you end up being 300 or over, enjoy your life and dont worry about it. But Disneychick is right, if you are that upset about it, then simply diet (Ha ha easier said than done) or watch what you eat. I feel and look somewhat overweight but im not worried about it because im happy with me and thats all that matters.

My friend Joy, she weighs 85 pounds. She's my height, she's 13, and she's extremely healthy. I just don't understand it! Skinnier people just look so, pretty. Sometimes I just zone out, wondering what it would be like to be skinny. It might seem like I'm not fat, but I'm sorta short, and my upper body, except my arms, is fine. It's mostly my thighs and calves. I hate them so much!

Going to the mall with my friend is a pain in the you-know-what because I've always been bigger then her. She doesn't get the self-conciousness.
I'm not in plus sizes or anything, but what I would give to be a 2!

Haha I don't mean that way. But yeah, you're still young, bodies are still rapidly changing.
I'm an 8, now I s'pose. 6's still fit every now and then but I'm not going to delusion myself and say that's my size.
My friend is constantly telling me I look fine but I know she's just being nice. She's an ex-anorexic, so I know exactly how she would feel if she was an 8.

I helped her get out of her anorexia... It was really scaring me for a little there.
 
You shouldn't be worrying about your weight at all Cassidy.
107 is skinny.

Healthier, woohoo.
Run (In place), YOGA!, pilates, weights (start small), hiking, biking, sports, squats, push ups anything basically.
As for the food at your home, you just deal. Trust me, this is something I do understand, because the same thing happens at my house all the time. My mom just bought a bag full of chocolate, cookies, and cheesecake.
But...you just gotta try.

Fruits, vegetables, you know what's unhealthy for you, so you know what to avoid.
Drink LOTS of water.

Grr, you guys. I don't want to lose weight just to look good. I just want to feel comfortable, and I'm not right now.

And about the diet thing, it's not like I'm gonna starve myself. I'm just going to eat healthier, and I'm not going to have as much junk anymore.

I don't think I'm fat. I just think I look a little..buldgey in places, like my thighs.

I noticed there is alot of cellulite on my thighs. I, just a few hours ago, sat up against the wall and measured my thighs. There's probably about three-four inches of fat that is visible.

Ick. :headache:

If that was gone, I would be completely satisfied.
I just want to focus on my legs for now. But really have no clue how to get rid of the fat, it's hard.
